Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 100 g onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g tomato (s), peeled and finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream
  • Basil, dried
  • Oregano, dried
  • 300 g meat sausae, rouhly diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the paprika, onion, garlic and oil in the MicroPlus (2.25 l) and place in the microwave with the lid at 600 watts for approx. 3 minutes.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients, stir and place in the microwave again with the lid on for about 15 minutes at 600 watts.
  3. Then let stand for 5 minutes and then season to taste
