- 400 g minced meat
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g onion (s), diced
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 0.5 liter ½ meat broth
- 200 g pasta (croissants)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- Mix the mince, eggs, 50 g onions, breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons water and spices. Bring the broth to the boil and cook the dumplings in it. Cooking pasta.
- Chop the garlic, sauté in butter with the onion, sweat with flour and fill up with dumpling broth and tomato paste. Dice and add peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add pasta and dumplings, season to taste and sprinkle with parsley.
