Ingredients
- 400 g pasta (e.. Spirelli, Farfalle or e pasta)
- 4 large onion (s)
- 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
- 4 teaspoons paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- cream or milk
- N / A parsley, chopped, TK
- Clarified butter

- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Heat the clarified butter in a coated saucepan and fry the onion cubes dusted with a little sugar. Mix with the paprika powder and salt. Add the drained pasta.
- Mix the sour cream with a dash of milk or whipped cream and pour over the pasta. Mix everything together, season to taste, garnish with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
- This paprika, sour cream and onion sauce can also be served with dough dumplings, potatoes or egg spaetzle.
