Ingredients

  • 4 thin schnitzel (pork, veal or turkey)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 3 large bell peppers, red, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 sprigs thyme, fresh, leaves torn off
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 300 g tomato (s), happened
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fry in a pan in 1 tablespoon of butter on both sides for 5 minutes, remove and keep warm.
  2. Fry the peppers, onions and the garlic in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter, stirring constantly. Pour in the tomatoes and let everything boil down a little. Season the sauce well with salt, pepper, sugar and thyme. Put in the schnitzel and let it steep briefly.
