Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. Wash the peppers, cut off the stem, hollow out the peppers and briefly blanch them in boiling water. Place the vegetables in a gratin dish.
  3. For the filling, peel and chop the onion. Skin the pork sausage and mix with the minced meat and onion to a mass. Season the mixture and fill it with the peppers. Pour a little bouillon on top and in the gratin dish. Then pour the tomato sauce over it. Place the stem end as a lid on the pods. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes.
  4. If you don`t like so much sauce, use less broth or tomato sauce.
  5. Rice goes well with it.
