Ingredients

  • 750 g fish fillet (s), e.., redfish or cod
  • Lemon juice
  • Fat, for the shape
  • 500 g onion (s), (veetable onions)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cup wine, white
  • 0.5 ½ cup vegetable broth
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish fillet, acidify, season with salt and pepper, place in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Peel the vegetable onions, cut into medium-fine strips, sprinkle with hot oil in a pan and let them caramelize a little. Deglaze with wine and broth, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, pepper and add a little salt if necessary.
  3. Spread the mixture on the fish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. With baguette bread and white wine.
