  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into even 2 cm cubes.
  3. Put the potato cubes in a bowl, add oil. Mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and parmesan and sprinkle over the prepared potatoes, mix carefully. Then pour into a refractory tin.
  4. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes. Stir carefully every 15 minutes so that the potatoes brown on all sides.
  5. Fits as a side dish to various meat dishes, as well as a main meal with lettuce.
