Instructions

  1. Chop 1 bunch of parsley and 1 clove of garlic for 8 sec./ speed 5, add butter and steam for 3 min.
  2. Add skimmed milk, whipped cream, vegetable stock, pepper, nutmeg, flour and heat 9 min / 90 ° C / speed 3.
  3. Foam for 20 sec./ speed 10 before serving.
