Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 can tuna
- 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 400 g pasta (spahetti)
- 250 ml heavy cream, sweet cream
- 2 egg (s), including the yolk
- 3 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper

- Peel the garlic, finely chop with parsley and tuna. In a small pan, heat the olive oil and a tablespoon of butter (to 26 °), add the minced meat and simmer.
- Cook spagetti al dente!
- Heat the remaining butter, stir together with the cream, egg yolk and cheese in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Let the spagetti drain into a preheated bowl and mix the egg sauce and tuna sauce!
