Ingredients

  • 500 g fusilli
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 100 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 150 g cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta for about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool down a bit.
  2. In the meantime, cut the ham into cubes. Mix the sour cream, egg, cream and spices and season to taste.
  3. Spread the pasta with the ham in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over it. Spread the cheese on the casserole.
  4. Bake at 190 degrees top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
