Ingredients

  • 400 g fusilli
  • 200 g meat sausae
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 g cheese (ratin cheese), rated
  • some sauce thickener
  • some oil
  • paprika powder, noble sweet and hot pink
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First chop the spring onions and sauté them in oil. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and mix with the cream and crème fraîche. Bring to the boil and stir in the sauce thickener as desired until the desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Season with paprika and pepper.
  3. In the meantime, mix the pasta (uncooked), corn, peas and carrots and the diced sausage in a baking dish and then pour the sauce over it until everything is covered.
