Ingredients
- 100 g rocket
- 2 port. Penne
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 packet mozzarella
- 1 can (s) tomato (s) Pomodoro
- Herbs, fresh. Italian style, chopped (or herb pieces)
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste

- Boil the penne and chill it until it is firm to the bite.
- Cut the onions into small cubes and fry them in olive oil and tomato paste. Chop the garlic with the addition of salt and squeeze to form a paste. Also add to the onions. Add the washed and slightly smaller rocket (remove long stalks beforehand) and fry a little. Then add the can of tomato pomodoro seasoned with salt and pepper and season with herbs.
- Combine the penne and rocket tomato sauce, place in a baking dish, pluck the mozzarella and place on top. Now in the oven until the mozzarella has melted well (about 10 minutes) and delicious.
