Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • 250 g Parma ham
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in sparkling salted water until al dente.
  2. Let a frying pan get very hot. Pluck the ham into strips and fry in a hot pan. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic and roast. Turn off the heat! Add 100 g cream cheese to the pan and let it melt slowly. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Add about 4 tablespoons of pasta water to the sauce and stir to a creamy consistency. Chop 1 bunch of fresh basil and add to the sauce.
  3. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce and stir in well.
  4. When serving, sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan on top.
