Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta (if you like, you can also use tortellini), in the meantime wash the peppers and cut into strips, cut the onion into fine cubes and peel the garlic.
  2. Drain the pasta, mix in a large pan or saucepan with the paprika and onions, add the creme fraiche and season with chilli, salt, pepper, garlic and the vegetable stock. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, season to taste. If necessary, add some hot chili paste (Salsa Picante) and some tomato paste for a nice color. Serve, sprinkle with fresh parmesan and basil, enjoy.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
