Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • Basil, fresh
  • Parmesan, grated
  • some salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, fry the finely chopped spring onions with the minced meat in the pan. Salt and pepper the minced meat. Add the tomatoes with 2/3 of the basil and squeeze the garlic cloves and simmer for a few minutes. Season everything to taste with salt, pepper, oregano and chili powder and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Turn off the stove and add the pasta to the pan. Mix well and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with the remaining basil and parmesan.
