Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 300 g veetables, mixed (frozen)
  • 3 cups crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Bring water to the boil and cook the pasta in it for approx. 10 minutes until almost soft, then drain. Dice the ham and fry briefly in hot oil, preferably in a wok or a large pan.
  2. Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the creme fraiche and cook for another 5 minutes. Spice up. Add pasta and heat briefly, season to taste.
