Ingredients
- 300 g ribbon noodles
- 1 thick zucchini
- 1 large carrot
- 1 pack ham cubes
- 1 packet processed cheese, e.g. with herbs
- 2 teaspoons pesto, e.g. Pesto Rosso
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly milk
- Oil for frying

- First grate the carrots and zucchini. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Meanwhile, dice the onion and place in a large pan with a little oil. Fry together with the bacon and add the vegetables. Turn the heat down a little and add the processed cheese and pesto, optionally dilute with a little milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Steam for about 5 minutes over low heat and then mix in the finished noodles.
