Ingredients
- 1 small Can (s) peas, extra fine
- 1 small Can corn
- 1 small Jar tomato peppers
- 500 g pasta (e.. trulli from Birkel)
- 1 packet ham, cooked
- 1 bag cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 onion (s), finely diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250g mayonnaise, 250g
- 1 packet herbs, mixed (8 herbs, frozen)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Cayenne pepper

- Cook the noodles al dente. Cut the ham into cubes. Drain the vegetables, keeping the drained water from the tomato peppers for the sauce. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
- For the sauce, stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream, drained tomato peppers, 8 herbs and diced onions. Season well with the specified spices and then fold into the vegetable / ham / pasta mixture. Let it steep (at least 2 hours). Just before serving, fold in the grated Gouda cheese.
- Tip: also tastes good without ham and cheese. The salad is then not as substantial and goes well with grilled meat or shashlik. It becomes even easier if you use crème fraiche instead of mayonnaise.
