Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta, small ones (e.. short macaroni)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 300 g cheese, (Gouda youn)
  • 500 g tomato (s), firm cherry or panicle

For the dip:

  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 300 g yourt (whole milk)
  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise for salad
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain well.
  2. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, remove the seeds and cut into thin, short strips.
  3. Dice ham and cheese. Wash the tomatoes and divide or quarter them.
  4. For the dip, wash the parsley and chop the leaves. Mix the yogurt with mayo and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the parsley.
  5. Add the dip to the salad about 1-2 hours before serving. Mix well
