Ingredients

  • 25 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 300 ml sweet cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon (s), grated zest
  • basil
  • Parmesan, grated
  • 400 g pasta
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the ham into strips. Melt the butter in a pan, squeeze the garlic and fry briefly in the butter. Add the artichokes and ham and fry briefly. Add the cream and lemon peel and let everything simmer for five minutes. Carefully cut the artichokes.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Add the basil and a little grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Serve with additional grated parmesan.
