I am sharing a recipe for an unusual pasta with pesto sauce and artichokes. This is an original stand-alone dish that can be served for dinner. The paste turns out to be aromatic, creamy and very tasty.

Pesto and Artichoke Pasta Ingredients

  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Breadcrumbs – 35 Grams
  • Pasta – 200 Grams
  • Artichokes – 200 Grams (pickled or canned)
  • Pesto sauce – 4-6 Art. spoons
  • Parsley – 0.25 Bunch
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste

Pesto and Artichoke Pasta Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water until “Al dente”. Drain the water.
  3. Chop the garlic, then fry in oil for about 30 seconds. Add the crackers and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Then season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped parsley.
  5. Finely chop the artichokes in a food processor or with a knife.
  6. Combine chopped artichokes with pesto sauce.

  7. Combine pasta with pesto and breadcrumbs, stir.
