Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles, reen (with spinach)
  • 100 g basil, (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 clove (s) garlic, peeled and mashed
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 180 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, finely grind the basil, garlic and pine nuts in a food processor or with a magic wand. Then add the cheese and mix in.
  3. With the machine running, pour in the oil in a fine stream. Use enough oil to make a spreadable mass.
  4. Mix the pasta with the pesto and serve.
