Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta until al dente (or use the leftovers), cut the ham into cubes. Beat the eggs and stick them with a fork.
  2. Fry the pasta and ham in a large pan with a little oil for about 4 minutes so that they are well warmed through (important because of the egg!), Then quickly pour the eggs and cheese over it, let it set and let the cheese melt, stir well, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with a green salad.
  4. Alternative tip: If you like it a little more hearty, replace the ham with 75g fat bacon and 125g cooked ham, you can also fry a diced onion.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
