Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti
  • 450 g beans, reen
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 100 g bacon
  • 400 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 250 ml crème fraîche
  • 200 ml broth
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Blanch the cleaned beans in boiling salted water for approx. 5 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Peel and finely dice 2 shallots.
  4. Cut 100g bacon into strips. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Slowly fry strips of bacon in a pan over medium heat. Add shallots and fry as well.
  5. Add the beans and sauté. Pour creme fraiche and stock into the pan and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, sugar and pepper.
  6. Finally add cherry tomatoes and pasta and mix.
  7. Serve on preheated plates.
