Ingredients

  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 300 ml tomato (s), passed
  • liter ⅛ red wine
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 ml broth
  • some rosemary
  • possibly parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, finely chop the shallots, chilli pepper and garlic and sauté in a pan until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry together with the tomato paste for about 10 minutes. Deglaze with red wine and a little broth. Shortly afterwards add the tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with the rosemary, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  3. Put the pasta in the pan and mix well with the minced meat sauce.
  4. Serve with freshly grated parmesan if desired.
