Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, e.., Riatoni, vean, possibly luten-free
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped coconut oil, creamy condition, possibly more
  • 80 g spread (vean spread enjoyment from Simply V)
  • 6 tablespoon cream substitute (oat cooking cream or almond cream)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds, peeled
  • some garlic or garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in plenty of salted water until al dente and strain.
  2. In the meantime, wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the well-drained broccoli florets on medium heat until al dente. Possibly add a little more oil. Make sure that the broccoli doesn`t get too dark. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Pour the spread into the pan, add the oat cooking cream and stir well on a low level. Add the spices. I used Society Garlic Salt and Garlic, but you can also use some garlic.
  4. Now add the pasta to the pan and mix well. Add the broccoli again, mix everything and season to taste. Sprinkle the hemp seeds on top.
