  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • Salt water
  • 300 g spinach with Goronzola (frozen)
  • 150 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the tagliatelle in salted water. Chop the shallots and the garlic cloves and fry them in a little olive oil.
  2. Then add the frozen spinach and let it get hot. Now add the cream cheese and season with cream, salt and pepper. Serve with the pasta.
