Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 250 g whipped cream or cremefine
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • Seasoned Salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • chives
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped broth, clear
  • 150 g pasta, preferably small tortellini

Instructions

  1. First fry the minced meat in a saucepan and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Put on a second pot of water for the pasta and salt the water.
  3. As soon as the minced meat is seared, stir the whipped cream into the saucepan and add the processed cheese.
  4. Boil the pasta in the water.
  5. As soon as the processed cheese has melted, add the clear broth, some chives and garlic granules and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  6. Drain the pasta and serve with the finished sauce.
  7. In my opinion, herbal salt is best for the sauce, as many other spices round off the taste.
