  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 250 g pasta, your choice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 150 g cottae cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, fresh, your choice

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the garlic and chop the herbs. Mix with the olive oil and lemon zest. Cut the zucchini into slices, mix with the tomatoes and the herb-garlic oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente.
  3. Mix the pasta with the vegetables, finish with the cottage cheese and serve immediately.
