Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean the peppers, remove the skins, cut into cubes. Peel and dice the onion (we like a little coarser dice or quarters).
  2. Put the peppers and onions in a coated saucepan, pour the broth over them and bring to the boil. Add ajvar and garlic, season with the spices. The peppers should stay a little crunchy, then the sauce should thicken a little. If you like, you can either stir in a spoonful of cream cheese or put some parmesan on the plate.
  3. Italian motto: The sauce is waiting for the pasta!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
