Ingredients

  • 200 g spahetti or other pasta

For the pesto:

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tomato (s), peeled and pitted
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped ricotta
  • some basil leaves
  • some oregano
  • Chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. During this time, put all the other ingredients in a tall container, puree them finely with the blender and season to taste. If necessary, add a little more seasoning.
  3. Drain the pasta, collecting some of the cooking water.
  4. Put the pasta back in the saucepan and mix with the pesto. If necessary, mix in a little more pasta water. Serve immediately.
