Ingredients
- 240 g pasta your choice
- 2 zucchini
- 2 peppers, red and yellow
- 3 cloves garlic
- water
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 120 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper

- Cook the noodles in enough salted water until they are al dente.
- Wash the zucchini and peppers and cut into cubes. Put in a pan and sauté with water. There should always be enough water in the pan so that the vegetables don`t burn, if necessary, add more.
- Press the garlic through a press and cook with it.
- When the vegetables are cooked, add the vegetable stock and puree. Bring to the boil again.
- Remove the pan from the stove and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and then serve.
