Ingredients
- Truffle-flavored olive oil
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 zucchini, first halved, then sliced
- 1 tablespoon herbs Provence, mixed and chopped, dried
- 3 cups shrimp, pickled
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 300 g pasta
- salt and pepper
- Possibly herbs, mixed, fresh, for garnish

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, roast the spring onions and zucchini in olive oil (truffle flavor). Mix in the shrimp and herbs from Provence. Mix in the salt, pepper and a beaker of crème frâiche. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve garnished with fresh herbs if necessary.
- If you like, you can also roast the garlic with the spring onions and zucchini.
