Ingredients

  • 100 g rice, cooked
  • 100 g carrot pomace or rated carrots
  • 1 small onion (s), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed through
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon herb mustard
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegeta
  • Breadcrumbs to tie

Instructions

  1. When I was looking for a way to use the carrot pomace (the residue left behind when making juice), I came up with this recipe.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, season well and shape into meatballs. Fry in oil.
  3. A herb or kefir dip goes wonderfully with it.
  4. 400 Kcal per serving
