Ingredients
- 200 g whipped cream
- 750 g quark
- 750 g yourt
- 6 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 large can peach (s)
- 1 packet amarettini

- Beat the cream, quark and yoghurt with the vanilla sugar until it is creamy. If it is still too runny (depending on the yoghurt it may be), add a little cream stiffener.
- Drain the peaches and cut into pieces.
- Then first layer the peaches and then the cream in a bowl or casserole dish. Chill everything.
- Before serving, pour the crumbled amarettini over it.
