  • 50 ml non-carbonated water
  • 200 ml kefir, low in fat
  • 1 tablespoon glucose

Instructions

  1. Cut the peaches and cucumber into small pieces. Put the kefir, water and grape sugar in a tall container and puree.
  2. If you don`t like the peach skin, you can of course also peel the peaches.
  3. Tastes best when chilled.
