Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in the fridge for a few hours, the colder / refreshing the smoothie will be.
  2. Put all ingredients in a large blender and puree for 2 minutes. The blender should be able to crush ice. Otherwise, crush the ice cubes separately and stir in later. Finally, season to taste and sweeten a little if necessary. I use about 1 tablespoon of homemade elderflower syrup.
  3. This recipe is especially useful if you don`t have a large freezer, as only the ice cubes need to be put in the freezer.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
