Ingredients
- 2 small peach (s), approx. 150-00 g
- 1 handful raspberries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon grain (wheat bran)
- 100 g milk, 1.5%
- Sugar, fine, or sweetener

- Put the raspberries from the freezer in the refrigerator the evening before.
- Wash the peaches and cut four peach wedges. Roughly chop the rest of the peach. Finely puree the peach pieces, raspberries, wheat bran and milk with a magic wand and add sugar or sweetener to taste. Then put the mass in a glass jar in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Before consumption, place in two stemmed glasses with 2 peach wedges each, placed across the glasses on wooden sticks, serve.
- A cold delicacy for in between.
