Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate, bitter, melted
  • 500 g puddin, vanilla (cooked in advance)
  • 150 ml cream, whipped
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 3 tablespoon coffee, (espresso)
  • 7 tablespoon water
  • 8 ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • Biscuit (s), (Amarettini), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and whip the cream until stiff. Mix melted chocolate with vanilla pudding and carefully fold in cream. Mix 3 tablespoon espresso, 7 tablespoon water and 2 tablespoon rum.
  2. Divide the peaches in 4 dessert glasses, cut the ladyfingers in half and soak them in the espresso mixture. Serve over the peaches. Spread the cream on top and garnish with amarettini.
