Ingredients- 250 g quark
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 4 half peach (s)
- some sugar, (colored caster sugar), or chocolate sprinkles

- Mix the quark, yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Cut the peach halves into small cubes, add to the quark dish and fold in slightly. Spread the cream on 4 bowls and decorate with colored caster sugar or chocolate sprinkles.
