Ingredients
- 700 g peach (s), (prepared)
- 300 g currants, white
- 300 g suar
- 50 g suar, brown
- 1 pck.Gelfix 3: (powder, not the sugar!)

- Puree the fruits and then cook a fruit spread according to the instructions on the packet with the sugar and the gelation fix. Pour into boiled glasses and close tightly. Let stand on the lid for 5 minutes and then let cool down completely.
