Ingredients

  • 2 kg peach (s)
  • 1 point preserving sugar, 2:
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the peaches with the peeler and cut into small pieces.
  2. Weigh out 1 kg of the pulp, mix with the preserving sugar and vanilla sugar and let it steep for a few hours.
  3. Boil the mixture for 3 minutes. Pour into jars rinsed with hot water and close. Turn glasses upside down for 5 minutes.
  4. Wrap the glasses in cloths so that they do not get drafts and let them cool down. (Tip from my grandma).
  5. Makes about 4 glasses.
