Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 300 g yourt, peach
  • Sugar, ad libitum
  • 4 half peach (s), (from the can)
  • 4 chocolate cookies (roughly crumbled)
  • Liqueur, (chocolate liqueur)
  • Whipped cream, (cream)

Instructions

  1. Cut the peaches into small pieces.
  2. Mix the mascarpone and yoghurt until smooth, add sugar if necessary. Mix in half the amount of peach pieces - divide the cream into dessert cups, spread the cookie crumbs over them and add 1 tablespoon each. Pour chocolate liqueur over it - serve with whipped cream.
