Ingredients
For the dough:
- 0.75 ¾ cup flour
- 0.5 ½ cup cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 ½ cup butter, melted
- 0.75 ¾ cup sugar
- 0.75 ¾ cup sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large egg (s)
- 10 biscuit (s) (Oreo cookies)
- Fat, for the shape
For covering:
- 0.5 ½ cup powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 0.5 ½ cup peanut butter
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon whipped cream
- 10 biscuit (s) (Oreo cookies)

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Dough:
- Mix the melted butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract and whip until frothy. Add the eggs one at a time and keep beating. Then mix the flour, cocoa and salt together and sift over the butter-sugar mixture. Mix everything together properly and roughly crumble about 10 Oreo biscuits, add to the batter and mix in.
- Fill a lightly greased, fire-proof dish (I use a baking sheet that is 20x20cm) with the dough and smooth it evenly. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes and then let cool down completely.
- In the meantime you can already prepare the topping:
- Whip the butter, peanut butter and vanilla extract until frothy. Add the cream and slowly pour the powdered sugar through a sieve while stirring.
- Spread the mixture on the cooled brownies and decorate with the biscuits.
