Ingredients

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 75 g peanut cream, (peanut butter)
  • 175 g suar, brown
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 vanilla pods, (scraped out)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 g flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 200 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 100 g peanuts, roasted, salted

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, peanut cream, sugar and the egg until creamy. Add salt and vanilla pulp and mix everything well.
  2. Then stir in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Fold in the chocolate sprinkles, walnut and peanut kernels and knead a firm dough with your hands. Form several finger-thick rolls and cut walnut-sized pieces from them and shape into balls.
