Ingredients

  • 500 g pear (s)
  • 3 apples, including the skin
  • 150 g rock candy (crumb candy)
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 4 clove (s)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (s)
  • ml 1,000 double grain

Instructions

  1. Have a very large pickle jar ready.
  2. Cut out the flower base from the pears and cut the pears together with the core into eighths.
  3. Peel 3 apples, use the pulp differently, it is not needed.
  4. Put the pear pieces, the apple peel and all the remaining ingredients in the large glass.
  5. Let the glass stand on the windowsill for about 6 weeks and shake it very well once a day.
  6. After the 6 weeks, strain the liqueur and fill it in bottles.
