Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g mararine or butter
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

For the filling:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 200 g cream

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g mararine or butter
  • 65 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 can / s pear (s), halved

Instructions

  1. Process the dough ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. Roll out the dough and line the bottom and edge of a greased springform pan with it.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the filling, pour into the springform pan and add 1 can of drained pear halves to the mixture. Knead the crumble ingredients and sprinkle over the pears. Bake at 170 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
