- 1 pear (s), ripe
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar bianco
- 10 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, sweet
- 1 tablespoon Maggi
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 mint leaves
- pepper, black
