Ingredients
- 330 ml syrup, (pear syrup), 7 times concentrated
- 200 ml rum, white 40%
- 20 ml lemon juice, adjust the amount
- 500 ml schnapps, (double grain 38%)

- Pear syrup is available in 330 ml bottles in good specialist shops.
- Once the ingredients have been purchased, the liqueur can be made very quickly, i.e. all ingredients are poured into a large glass, stirred well, left to rest for a few days, then transferred to serving bottles.
- The taste is comparable to the Kletzenlikör from Austria and is particularly popular with fruit liqueur lovers. The time required also plays a positive role here.
- If the sweetness of the liqueur does not match, a few drops of lemon will solve the problem.
