Pear Salad with Figs and Rocket

• 4 fig (s)
• 100 g rocket
• 2 packs sheep`s cheese
• 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 4 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoons honey, liquid
• salt and pepper
• Parmesan

Instructions

1. Wash, clean and chop the pears and figs. Wash the rocket, spin dry well and chop up as desired. Finely dice the sheep`s cheese or crumble it with your hands.
2. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat.
3. Mix a dressing from olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey and season with salt and pepper.
4. Put everything in a large bowl and fold in carefully. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.
